What is the delivery time of a simulator?

Delivery time takes up to 4 weeks maximum in normal circumstances. Full installation is included in the Benelux.

Can the simulator be customized to my real car?

Yes — nearly every element is fully customisable: colours, materials, seats, branding, and more.

Is there warranty and support included?

Upon installment you get 4 months of warranty on all hardware products and troubleshoot services.

What is the difference between the Pro, Advanced and Ultimate setup?

Each setup builds on the previous one in hardware, immersion and performance. Compare them on our simulators page, or talk to a specialist for personal advice.

Can I rent a simulator for an event?

Yes — we offer corporate and event rentals, including branded builds. See our Corporate & Rental page for more information.
