Do I need technical knowledge to set a Sense Simulator up?

Not at all. Our simulators are pre-built and delivered ready-to-use. All you’ll need to do is plug it in and install your chosen software.

Can you help me choose the best setup?

Yes. We offer personal consultations to understand your level, goals, and budget. From there, we help select hardware (e.g., pedals, steering wheels, motion platforms) and configuration to match. Also if you already had in mind to use selected parts.

Is software included with the simulator?

No. Our simulators do not come with software or licenses included. You’ll need to purchase the racing simulation software separately. Licensing typically involves: One-time purchases: €30 to €60 per game (e.g. Assetto Corsa, rFactor2), Subscriptions: €9 to €20/month for platforms like iRacing. We’re happy to recommend software options based on your goals.

What parts can I customize?

Almost everything. We offer: Bespoke seat design with custom upholstery, Paint finishes in your favorite colors, Custom decals and branding, Adjusted dimensions and ergonomics based on your preferences, Handpicked hardware suggestions (steering wheels, pedals, screens, etc.)

We’ve already shipped to Belgium, Spain, and across the Benelux. Worldwide shipping is possible—just get in touch so we can quote and coordinate the best logistics.

Do you offer support after delivery?

Can I rent or lease a simulator for an event or temporary use?

Can I return my simulator after pucase?

Because each simulator is fully custom-built to your specifications, we unfortunately do not accept returns. Every build is unique and tailored specifically for you.However, we do offer a second-hand marketplace on our website where existing customers can list their simulators for sale. This allows you to resell your unit directly to other interested buyers, supported by our community and visibility.
